What fittings are included as standard on the lanyards? Our lanyards are supplied with a trigger clip fitting and a safety release break as standard and they are both included in the price. If you would like a different clip fitting on a custom lanyard, this is no problem at all. Please see the next section detailing the choice of clips available.

What clip fittings are available with the custom lanyards? You can choose from the following three clip fittings at no extra cost. Alternative fittings e.g. buckle clips and mobile phone clips are available at extra cost.

What lanyard colour choices do I have? If you are purchasing custom lanyards, you can have any colour material you like. We can match the material of our flat polyester lanyards and our tubular lanyards through a pantone colour matching system.

 

How do I send you my logo / branding? Email your logo / branding to us (ideally in a PDF, EPS or AI format) to sales@thelanyardstore.co.uk

 

Will you send me an artwork visual? Once you have informed us of your branding requirements, we will email you an artwork visual in a PDF format. 

 

How long does it take to deliver my lanyards from the date of placing my order? 

Branded lanyards – 10 / 15 working days

Staff & visitor lanyards – 1 / 2 working days (subject to stock availability)

Plain lanyards - 1 / 2 working days (subject to stock availability)

 

What are typical lanyard dimensions? Lanyards can be made in many different widths, the most popular being 15mm. As a general rule, the total length of a standard lanyard is 900mm.

 

Do your prices include carriage and VAT? Carriage and VAT are additional to all published prices on this website. We send our deliveries on a UK next day courier. Courier prices usually start from £10.00 + VAT.
